I feel sore today. And it is my fault. I did not stretch well enough yesterday, was in a bit of a hurry after the workout. I am pretty happy with my workout week again as I stuck to the plan. I am just trying to figure out now how I can incorporate the running again into the training, as I want to be able to run 10km until April latest. But with the current workout schedule it seems a bit tricky.
I did my HIIT workouts again, this time on 5 days this week so far. I am not sure if I should give myself a break today.
This is the one I did yesterday. I was able to do it in-sync with her, which was a big challenge. But I got there. I admit with the push ups I had to adjust them and did them from my knees from round three onwards. I usually struggle with push ups… But I am really happy with what I achieved. Now I will make myself a cup of coffee and then decide if I have a day off today or not…
