Officially Sore

I feel sore today. And it is my fault. I did not stretch well enough yesterday, was in a bit of a hurry after the workout. I am pretty happy with my workout week again as I stuck to the plan. I am just trying to figure out now how I can incorporate the running again into the training, as I want to be able to run 10km until April latest. But with the current workout schedule it seems a bit tricky.

I did my HIIT workouts again, this time on 5 days this week so far. I am not sure if I should give myself a break today.

This is the one I did yesterday. I was able to do it in-sync with her, which was a big challenge. But I got there. I admit with the push ups I had to adjust them and did them from my knees from round three onwards. I usually struggle with push ups… But I am really happy with what I achieved. Now I will make myself a cup of coffee and then decide if I have a day off today or not…

Happy weekend everyone 🙂

  1. I really do not like push ups or tricep dips. But I like that my arms are getting closer to stopping the wave when I stop waving. Keep up the good work, both with your workout and your blog!

    • Yeah, I know! Thank you so much! I am very proud of myself for being able to do 20 push ups in a row now and properly and in a pretty nice rhythm. It will improve even more over the time. Thanks for stopping by 🙂

  2. Wow, she is really in shape! And you must be too to keep up with her! Good for you!! Keep up the great work. I envy people who can work out like this. I have an ankle that didn’t fuse and am gearing up for the 3rd attempt at ankle fusion surgery so I’m very limited as to what I can do right now. Makes me jealous of all who have bones that are where they’re supposed to be! 🙂
