My Day Then And Now

My days are so different now than they used to be a bit over 10 years ago. I am not going to describe this here in long sentences but would rather have pictures do the talk.

What it used to look like when I still lived in Switzerland:

And what it looks like now, living in Australia:

Thanks, Jason from HarsH ReaLiTy, for this great Challenge!

      • it’s those spiders and ants and those other creepy crawlies that keep me from ever going to Australia lol… I’ve read that pretty much everything over there is trying to kill you or eat you…. maybe my skunks and skeeters are not so bad after all lol

      • Well… Almost everything could. But we survived almost 10years down here and only just saw our first snake a couple of weeks ago. And the ants don’t chase you. And the spiders are not hunting you either (still hate them). I would not want to mess with a shark though… But so far I have not seen any up close either…

      • I just read your post about the tourist that didn’t listen, I’m pretty darn sure I will be staying in Canada lol you are a lot braver than me, and tougher too, I could never live in a place like that lol

      • yes but it’s only the polar bears that will stalk you and eat you, the kodiaks will shred you and bury you to eat later, and the black bears will hide unless you get between them and their babies, or if you are cooking with or smell like bacon… well then it’s gonna really hurt bad , the polar bears live way up north so most people never actually see them, the kodiaks/grizzlies live in the mountains, and black bears live both in the mountains and on the prairies , like your cautionary tale, just have to be aware of your surroundings, and don’t eat bacon. πŸ™‚
