Wow – these are wonderful. Gives the viewer a true perspective of the immensity of this formation from all angles. Love the changes in the perception of the color – red when close, brown in the distance and the blackish color from a longer distance. Very nice photos!

Thanks. It’s also at different times of the day. The red was sunrise and sunset while the darker one’s during later times of the day.

We hope to visit Australia one day. Your photos stoked the urge once again. Nice to meet another homeschooler, too, although we’re finished, having home schooled our girls through high school. One’s out in the working world, the other has one more year of art school.
