  2. This year I was thankful that there is now a Honeybaked Ham Store here in Oak Ridge. It’s my daughter’s favorite and I had searched in vain in the “big” city of Knoxville to find this delicacy in previous years. Aside from being a good and easy once or twice a year treat, it seems the organization is very benevolent, too, as they donated their leftover holiday hams to several local nonprofits.
