  1. Dark chocolate although bitter is what I eat in small small amounts when I get “the craving”. Some times I may eat it every day but just enough to taste it enjoy a bit and stop

  2. My mom would always take a little nibble from several chocolates in a box and then set them aside to allow time for the calories to “escape.” Or so she said, I really think she was staking claim.
