  1. Before I started blogging, when I didn’t step out, I never equated that with fear or lack of courage. I like to read or hear the words of Brene Brown, and many of the people who have been brought to my attention by Oprah Winfrey, and Oprah herself, because I find a lot of my thoughts and feelings in their words. Of course, I don’t always recognize that they are my thoughts and feelings until I see them expressed by others, and don’t often make that connection immediately, but only after some time has passed and I have reread or reheard them a time or two more.
