Sometimes it takes a lot of courage to not mirror what you have experienced in the past, to not mirror behavior you grew up with. It takes courage and strength to break out of it, to go your own way, to be yourself, to trust in you and to move towards more peaceful days…
And still we must try.

Wise, thought provoking words! But I will admit I had to laugh when I first saw the picture of the mirror. It made me think of my post from last week, “Don’t Terrorize the Mirror”, so I was curious and had to read your post. Am glad I did 🙂

You should see the mirror now… we had a little run in with a tree on a drive way… Terrorized mirror it is now 😉

The tree jumped out at you didn’t it?? Bad tree! 🙂 Well you know how to replace it, get the duck tape, LOL!

Of course it did! Sneaky tree!!! Pretending to just stand there and then BOOM! Terrorising my mirror!

HaHa! You should post that in my comments in my post. Let the 2 jokers know that YUP, things do jump out at vehicles! If you didn’t read the comments, you will get a good laugh out of them. Warning! They get crazy.

It is not possible to live without this mirror,
because our lived life reflects what we are…
Save your day, Lu

…oh yes!
Our lived life is our ground to live our further life on,
the so-called future,
a period of time, which only exists in our imagination and differs from person to person…
Take care, Lu

There’s a lot of depth in there, Sandra. We also learnt from other people’s mistakes and we continue to be a mirror to our kids, hopefully, all good! 🙂
