My Picks Of The Week #51

Image result for time goes by quote

Time does go by very fast. This year has almost reached its end and it saw many many amazing people go. My Dad was only one of them. This week we lost another amazing person and while I’m glad that he is now pain free and most likely in a happier place I still wonder how life for the people close to him will go back to normal. We watch the sun go up and down, the clouds pass by, the flowers bloom, the seasons change. We see our children grow up and in a way we just take it for granted. The moments pass and we treat it as if it is normal. As if it is not a big deal.

The friend we lost this week had many stories to tell. He had stories because he lived life to the fullest. He lived, he loved and he took in.

So getting close to the end of this year I have one wish for you all and for myself: Live your life, love the right people, embrace life, enjoy life, cherish the moment, look up. Be.

Here are the posts I enjoyed reading the most this week. Please take some time to discover more of those fantastic blogs while you are there. Have a very happy weekend you all πŸ™‚

  1. Thanks for the shout out! I’ve been stuck inside with two rambunctious kids who are also stuck inside because it’s -28 windchill outside. This will give me something to read in the meantime πŸ˜€ Great list of bloggers!

  2. I am sorry for your loss, Sandra. It is even harder around this time of the year. Yesterday a friend passed away too. She was a lawyer and part of the management board in my father’s company. After he died she helped my mom so much with getting everything done and also with the company. She was a huge support. We had no contact for 2 years and did not know how ill she must have gotten. She was only 58!
