Tell Me Something Good #74

Image result for motivation monday

I honestly don’t really know how to start this post. I feel so torn. Torn between being nervous and excited, happy and disappointed. Most of all though proud. Proud because there are all the positive feelings that actually weigh in more than the others. And that’s good, right? But before I get into more details here let me just say this: It’s time to kick off this week on a positive note!

It’s easy:

  • Mention something that you consider being good in the comments
  • Or write a post about it on your blog (please don’t forget the pingback if you do so I don’t miss out and also share the link to it in the comments below). Something good that happened to you recently, or something good you will experience in a little while, or something good you know will happen soon. Something that makes you feel good.
  • Share this post and invite your followers as well.

So would you like to know what I have to share with you all today? Would you like me to continue where I left it and let you know what I was talking about? Yes? Are you sure? Are you excited? Yes? And you can hardly wait to hear it? Okay, okay… So here is what I’d like to share with you all today…

But wait! How about a little high five action? What do you mean there is nobody around to high five? Hey, that’s really not an issue 😉

I just totally high five-d myself too 😉

So back to where we were. Here is what I’d like to share with you today:

“While we sit in our safe, dry and comfortable homes some areas of this world get a good little example what the force of nature is capable of doing. It scares and amazes me at the same time. So while I sit in my safe home, feeling annoyed about the fact that some bits of my future business don’t work out the way they looked like and also get all worked up about my son not putting his cloths away, others lose their home, all of their belongings, maybe even their loved ones or their life. The good thing is that my family and everyone I love are safe. We don’t have any issues. We don’t have to get prepared, run for water and other things we consider normal. And it puts it all into perspective. A perspective we are often forgetting to focus on, while worrying about things that honestly are not that important…”

  1. I feel grateful to be alive and know, I don’t have these worries either, neither has my family.
I’m grateful not to have been more close to the huge gas explosion, while there were terror around Barcelona. A house did explode because of experiments with gas to create terror. This happened only 12 km from my house.

  2. Yes, we are indeed blessed to live where we do and to have the ‘worries’ we do, when there are so many others struggling. Thoughts and prayers to all those affected. 💕

  4. How marvelous that you are grateful to have no major problems right now! We are getting the advance rain of Hurricane Irma. Like you, we are thankful we are not supposed to get anything catastrophic.
