Time for a positive start into the week. After all it’s still Monday somewhere in this world, so I’m not completely wrong here… Forgive me for the radio silence but I just needed some days to recover and get organized again. I guess traveling for a couple of weeks throws you out of your routine… no wonder… Anyway, I’m back! Let’s do it. Let’s start the week off on a positive note.
It’s easy:
• Mention something that you consider being good in the comments
• Or write a post about it on your blog (please don’t forget the pingback if you do so I don’t miss out and also share the link to it in the comments below). Something good that happened to you recently, or something good you will experience in a little while, or something good you know will happen soon. Something that makes you feel good.
• Share this post and invite your followers as well.
So before I share my good thing let’s do another happy dance. As you know I love my happy dances and so I decided to just keep doing it. Hope you’re having heaps of fun!
Just keep going for as long as you like 😀 And when you are ready, here is what I’d like to share with you today:
“You know all the things you always wanted to do? Go do them! I couldn’t have found a better quote to start this post with today. I’m settling into my normal routine. Normal might be a bit of a big word as there won’t be a normal routine over the next 8 weeks with Christmas coming up and then my usual casual work gig. But I’m back home again and getting into the swing of cleaning again… and other things. Everything feels so much better though. Better because I am so content. So happy. Traveling truly fuels you. And we all agreed that our trip was a trip of a lifetime. An experience you can not top that quick. We saw so much, we learned so much, we enjoyed so much, we had so much fun. We spent time together and grew wiser together. For so long we were talking about taking this trip. We always wanted to. And then we did. We jumped right into it. And boy was it worth it. I know I will be able to get energy from this for a long time to come. So all the things you always wanted to do? Think about them. And then do it!”
I had a good physical therapy session today and I made a goal at work.

Wow, love the energy and enthusiasm in your post Sandra. Yes, I agree, go do whatever you want, life’s too short. For me, well we’re getting over the aftermath of flooding so today I’m grateful for sunnier skies and industrial dryers that are drying out my house. Yay to an unexpected spring clean 🙂

It was a lot of rain!!! We got away with puddles (outside). Hope all good again at your end? Hope no major damage?

Glad you only had puddles. It was a deluge here and our dramas continue with water seeping in from underneath the concrete slab. Think we may have a broken storm water pipe but the plumbers will confirm that tomorrow. Thank God for insurance, just hope there’s no escape clause or loophole for them.

Good to read, that you had such a wonderful travel with your family, Sandra 🙂
My next goal is to visit my new Grand Son and I do my best to plan this out, as I need to think at my animals too.

The planning can be just as exciting as actually doing it 🙂

Just spent an evening with my step-mother-in-law (we just call her Nanny). We traded Christmas presents as she’s headed out west (where you were) this Friday to spend Cristmas out there. She paid for supper!
