  1. Substitute the chocolate mousse and/or cream for quark (soft cheese) or plain yoghurt rippled with fruit juice and add your favourite fruits like your picture, and you more or less obliterate the calories (with Slimming World, fruit is classed as sin free as is Quark and natural yoghurt).
