Tell Me Something Good #101

Isn’t that the truth! No day really sucks! It’s what we make of it that counts!

So let’s do it! Let’s kick off this week on a positive note.

It’s easy:

• Mention something that you consider being good in the comments

• Or write a post about it on your blog (please don’t forget the pingback if you do so I don’t miss out and also share the link to it in the comments below). Something good that happened to you recently, or something good you will experience in a little while, or something good you know will happen soon. Something that makes you feel good.

• Share this post and invite your followers as well.

It before we do, as always, let’s do a little happy dance…

Another round? Sure! Just go for it! Dance like nobody’s watching and when you are done here is what I like to share with you today:

“Currently enjoying one of my favourite views, taking a break from working a job that doesn’t feel like work at all. So thankful for the opportunity this provides me with. Building my business while I can be on a vacation actually, far away from home and having a blast with the kids. To be honest: It feels so much more like a hobby.

I remember a close friend of mine and myself having a little break at work and daydreaming about sitting on an exotic beach while at the same time working out businesses. I remember how we said ‘wouldn’t it be great if you could just be anywhere in this world and work your business from your laptop… one day we will get there and one day technology will help us do it.’ Back then the idea of working it from a smartphone was not even born yet. I can’t stop thinking of my friend and that moment. The moment we dreamt of making a four hour work week working it from wherever we want to be a reality…

Especially now, while this is my reality. Now that I can choose if I work 4, 10, 15 or more hours per week, doing something I love and do it from places I go. Maybe that’s why I don’t have issues with Monday’s anymore…”

  1. As a vice principal used to tell the school after morning announcements “Make it a great day. Or not. The choice is yours.” You make the day you want to have 🙂 I’ve been getting booked to substitute every day!

  2. Today is a great day for me, Nicole got up and out the door with no hassle, the sun is shinning and it is a warm spring day where I can go take some amazing photos! Monday’s aren’t that bad.
