  1. This is so very true. I went from being angry, resentful, miserable all of the time, to a generally happy-go-lucky person (not going to lie – fixing my nutrition helped SO MUCH. I think lack of vitamins and healthy stuff didn’t help my demeanor before). But I’m so much better now – to the point where people ask HOW I can be so happy at 7 AM when I walk into work.

    I still have bad days (don’t we all?!) and I’m still wildly sarcastic about situations… but overall, I’m this happy person… and I kind of dig it, to be honest.
