And Cee is back and so are her marvelous questions. Each week Cee poses a number of random questions for you to answer. It’s a great little challenge that sometimes makes me giggle, think hard, imagining things, remember moments from the past and sometimes struggle for an answer. If you have not checked out her challenge yet, you definitely should. But let’s not waste anymore time and get right to it…

A class you wish you would have taken?
I wish I would have taken Brazilian, Russian and Mandarin classes when I was younger. I think it would be pretty neat to speak those languages too. And I wish I would have focused more in the Italian and Spanish classes…

Speaking different languages is a fantastic thing. I think it makes the world a bit of a smaller place when you can communicate to people in their language. Don’t you agree?

Are you scared of heights?
Let’s put it that way: You will be able to get me up everywhere but then it might be an issue of being up there or getting me back down…

Are you a good cook? If so, do you consider yourself a chef?
I think I’m a good cook but I’m definitely no chef. I’m not the fancy cook, the chef that likes the pretty and amazing details. I don’t follow recipe (unless I really have to) and I don’t write stuff down. I wing it. And I believe in order to be a chef you have to follow recipes.

But to be honest: Sometimes I do feel like a famous chef. It’s in the moments I see how my family and how our guests enjoy my food. And that’s what it’s all about, right?

What did you appreciate or what made you smile this past week?  Feel free to use a quote, a photo, a story, or even a combination.
To be honest, I have a massive event coming up on Sunday and I have reached my “people are stupid” level of pre-event attitude. Having said that, it also is super fun to work with some great people and set something up that hopefully will be a great day for everyone involved. I’m super grateful for those people and they make me smile. Inf fact we often have a good laugh because of all kind of weird requests and “issues”…

While I still question what certain people think, hanging in there and getting through those kind of moments also lets me see how much I enjoy organizing events. Because otherwise I wouldn’t put myself out there or else I would be the stupid one, right?
