Complete this sentence: This sandwich could really use some …
Seasoning, toasting, some avocado, some herbs and a bit of lime juice… Thanks for the effort but do you mind if I re-assemble it 😉
What is your least favorite candy?
We bought a jelly bean “game” recently who had good ones in it and then the vomit, dog food, nappies, boogers and other off flavored ones… needless to say that I was not fond of them (and that most of us felt sick after playing it…)
What sign are you? Do you believe in astrology?
Yes, I totally do. I believe that the zodiac is the tool set we are equipped with when we are born. What we make of it is then up to us and all the influences from the outside but we will always have the specific tool set. I do believe that the alignment of stars has an impact on us. Is it an excuse for bad behavior? No. But it definitely influences us.
What did you appreciate or what made you smile this past week? Feel free to use a quote, a photo, a story, or even a combination.
I appreciate being flexible and able to spend my time with my family and friends. I will not share the link to my recent Tell Me Something Good post as I was not very cheerful. It happens. It’s better today and I appreciate the laughter we shared today, the happy faces and watching my children learn…
Happy Mother’s Day
To all the wonderful moms out there: You are amazing!
Share Your World – April 16th and 23rd, 2018
I was so focused on the #atozchallenge that I totally forgot about Cee’s amazing Share Your World Challenge! So I’m just combining the last two weeks in one post and hope you check out her series of challenges she offers on her blog.
How To Mom
4cm Are Not Much

Earlier Is Not Always Better
While I preach to my husband and the kids that it’s better to arrive early than late, early doesn’t necessarily always means better…
Parenting Ain’t Easy
You know what, Eric, you just inspired me to write this post. Not because of the post I link to but because of your comment in regards to parenting. Parenting is NOT easy. It’s not easy because there is no manual. It’s not easy because there is mother’s and father’s guilt…
Radical Idea
Definitely makes you think. Or not?
Don’t get me wrong. I’m not saying it’s totally radical to send your kids to school. But it’s also not that radical to decide to homeschool. The crazy thing is that people consider it a “far out” way of education.
It does take a village to raise a child. Different influences are important. Different people in their lives are important. Adjusting to different situations and group dynamics are important for them. But that doesn’t mean that everything has to be “outsources”…
Parenting Problems…
Isn’t that the truth…
