What’s your strongest sense?
I would say smell… Smelling all the beautiful flowers. Or the seasons. Yes, I believe our four seasons smell different. But then it’s not extraordinary. But it’s the one that I also enjoy the most. Especially when it’s about smelling the fresh crisp air and trying to describe what I smell to my kids. They usually only look at me and answer with a “sure, mom” kind of answer. It leaves a mark though slowly, as my son mentioned the other day that it smells almost like snow outside and I had to agree with him…
Which of Snow White’s 7 dwarfs describes you best? (Doc, Happy, Bashful, Sleepy, Sneezy, Grumpy, Dopey)?
Most likely Happy although my family would probably go with Grumpy on certain days :-). So maybe it depends on the day? Usually it’s happy, sometimes it’s Grumpy and even Sleepy…
If you could be one age for the rest of your life, what age would that be?
I’m a bit torn between 10 and 30. I love the age I am now but I think 30 is a pretty good age. Maybe even 35. You kind of have your sh*t together but you are still young. 10 would be fun because you are still so innocent and you are a child. No heavy responsibilities either. To be honest though, I love being able to go through my life and experience all those different ages. I think after a while you would be bored being only one age.

- Astronaut (if I would know that I return for sure) as I would love to see Earth from above…
- Marine biologist as it is kind of my dream job.

- Pilot (wouldn’t it be awesome to fly a plane)
- Superhero (kind of like Wonder Woman)
- Police Officer or Detective
- Special Agent (just like James Bond)
- Teacher (because I believe a good teacher is better than a superhero)
I have to say though that I have a great job being the mother of two amazing children 🙂
Optional Bonus question: What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?
I’m grateful for being healthy and able to get up and go for a walk every single day. I’m grateful that my children are healthy and that we all have a good life. I’m grateful that we have been safe for our entire life so far and hope it will continue like this although we had a big scare in our area yesterday which brought the entire terrorist thing way too close to home. I’m grateful for being able to kiss my family good night every night of the week. I’m grateful for having a roof above my head, warm water when I shower and food in our fridge whenever we open it.
