I decided to feature older pictures for today’s Photography101 assignment. Roads, streets always fascinate me as they all lead you somewhere. Sometimes to a place where you’ve already been, sometimes to a totally new destination. Sometimes they are easy to travel on and sometimes they are not. They might be crowded or empty, but the journey should always be fun…
Running Out Of Time?
It’s everywhere and constant. Noise and rush. There is always some noise and we are always rushed. Cars, people, phones, music or someone’s building something. I think it is interesting to watch people deal with it. How we start rushing. How the buzzing gets to us and even before we have to deal with the hectic day to day issues in our jobs or lives we have already a totally different pace than we would normally have.
Longing
I was longing for so long, longing for something I did not have. There was an emptiness inside of me, a place that needed to be filled. My life was good, my friends were great and I was happy in my relationship. But still something was missing. There was this one space in my heart which still remained ‘unoccupied’.
