That is so the truth about finding happiness within yourself. I used to rely on my family, my husband, my friends, and now that I know in order to have the best “me” and be happy, I have to put time into myself. 🙂

Sometimes it’s as simple as that. Though not necessarily easy.

Happiness is a choice to live with. I choose to stay happy from I wake up and try my best to keep it that way all day. So true post 😀

Happiness is inside us we dont neeed to look for it, you are right most people live for themselves basically and so we should not rely upon them to make us happy.

Isn’t that what love is supposed to be about…in part? Making the person you supposedly love, making you happy? Life is not always a bed of roses, I understand, but I spent my entire life trying to make my children and Loser happy..because I cared more about their happiness than I did my own. I guess I was wrong?

I agree. Love is about making the other person happy. But it’s also about being happy. I think that if you are not happy, if you don’t look after yourself, you can’t provide others with love.

I wasn’t happy but I tried like Hell to make my children happy. When they were young, they couldn’t see through the veil….after they got older….they did (but it’s my fault.)
