Hmmm, but if something is dangerous then surely there is fear. If you didnt like heights for example and someone told you to do a tight rope walk, there would probably be a lot of fear, because it is dangerous, you cannot just choose to turn off that fear.

Such a fantastic quote, Sandra! That’s exactly what I think and learned. Fear is nothing we need. What keeps us safe is instinct but not fear! Fear blocks, makes us weak, and keeps us small. Fear is a mindset we can change.

I don’t think fear is a choice, however how we choose to react in the midst of fear is a choice.
