Tell Me Something Good #3

Let’s kick off the week with a good thought. I got inspired by this one evening on my way home, listening to a radio show in which they asked people to call in and tell them something good. I so loved the idea that I decided to make it a weekly feature on my blog.

It’s easy:

Mention something that you consider being good in the comments or in a post you write on your blog (please link it to this page so I don’t miss out and to be sure that everyone gets to read it share the link in the comments below). Something good that happened to you recently, or something good you will experience in a little while, or something you are looking forward to. Something that makes you feel good. Something you want to be good, something you expect to turn out good.

Whatever comes to your mind! This is about sharing something positive.

And here’s what I’d like to share with you today:

“I witnessed again how my children can play and chat with all age group kids (no matter if boy or girl) and adults with the same confidence they talk to us. They are very well balanced personalities, who love to make others feel good but will also not allow others to walk all over them. This makes me a very happy and proud mom!”

Thanks My Self Evident Truths for mentioning the song to me 😉

  1. Life is beautiful. Everything is working out as it should. Life may not be the perfect life I dream of right now, but I wake up every day and have an opportunity to keep trying. I have everything I need and people that love me. So life is beautiful!

  2. I wish I could post images in the comments, but instead I’ll leave you with one of my favorite quotes, because the world is indeed full of magic (for me)…

Above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don’t believe in magic will never find it. ~ Roald Dahl.

  3. This world is a beautiful place. Much of the beauty is taken for granted and not seen, but it is there. In the details of a dragonfly’s wings. In the leaves hiding inside their buds. In the stars. And in the rain. Beauty is there.
