  1. Sage advice, made more difficult to follow by the digital age. Back in the day of written responses by the time you crafted a scathing letter you would have had time to cool off and reconsider. Instantaneous digital responses are not only irretrievable, they last forever.

  2. I agree 100%. I get so tired of people saying their lives are “out of control” or blame anyone else for what happens in their lives. Quit the excuses, roll up your sleeves and get to work making positive changes. If you won’t do it for yourself, no one is going to do it for you.
