Tell Me Something Good #101

Isn’t that the truth! No day really sucks! It’s what we make of it that counts!

So let’s do it! Let’s kick off this week on a positive note.

It’s easy:

• Mention something that you consider being good in the comments

• Or write a post about it on your blog (please don’t forget the pingback if you do so I don’t miss out and also share the link to it in the comments below). Something good that happened to you recently, or something good you will experience in a little while, or something good you know will happen soon. Something that makes you feel good.

• Share this post and invite your followers as well.

It before we do, as always, let’s do a little happy dance…

Another round? Sure! Just go for it! Dance like nobody’s watching and when you are done here is what I like to share with you today:

“Currently enjoying one of my favourite views, taking a break from working a job that doesn’t feel like work at all. So thankful for the opportunity this provides me with. Building my business while I can be on a vacation actually, far away from home and having a blast with the kids. To be honest: It feels so much more like a hobby.

I remember a close friend of mine and myself having a little break at work and daydreaming about sitting on an exotic beach while at the same time working out businesses. I remember how we said ‘wouldn’t it be great if you could just be anywhere in this world and work your business from your laptop… one day we will get there and one day technology will help us do it.’ Back then the idea of working it from a smartphone was not even born yet. I can’t stop thinking of my friend and that moment. The moment we dreamt of making a four hour work week working it from wherever we want to be a reality…

Especially now, while this is my reality. Now that I can choose if I work 4, 10, 15 or more hours per week, doing something I love and do it from places I go. Maybe that’s why I don’t have issues with Monday’s anymore…”

Vision – #atozchallenge

Many years ago when I thought about starting blogging for the first time I had this vision. A vision of a successful blogger, typing away, changing lives, educating people, making a change in the world. I had this vision of this blogger who knew what he was writing about, never doubting that what he or she put out there would be right. I had this vision of a blogger who never struggled to come up with words or subjects to write about, filling page after page after page. And I had this vision of all those people reading every single post that was written, soaking it up as if it was the first rays of nice warm sunshine after a icy cold night.

Maybe it was my vision that kept me from starting my blog earlier.
